Paying your rent has never been so easy!

Fast, convenient, and secure.  You can choose to pay by having your checking account debited.  Please make sure to read the provided information carefully so that you are familiar with how the system works.

You can log on and make your payment the same day your payment is due, view and print your payment history and make one-time or recurring payments.  The website uses the latest in security (data encryption) technology guaranteeing your payment security.  Payment processing online is more secure than writing a paper check plus, there are no worries about your check being stolen or lost in the mail.

How It Works

You will be asked to enter your checking information and property address the payment is to be credited to.  There is a small convenience fee for using Payment Services Network (PSN).  Please note that Windermere Property Management does not receive this fee.  PSN is safe, reliable, accurate and confidential.  With PSN your rent is electronically debited from your checking account.

How to Start Using PSN Payment

Using PSN Payment makes paying your rent easy and convenient. 

Simply logon to www.wrepm.com and select "Online Rent Payment" button. 

To register select "First Time User" button or "Returning User" button after you have registered. It is that easy!

Service Fee

The convenience fee for online payments by check is only $1.50 for any amount paid. 

All service fees go to Payment Service Network (PSN).  PSN and their toll free 

number 877-390-7368 will appear on your bank statement.

Not Interested?

You are more than welcome to continue to mail or drop your payments off at our office.  However the time and convenience offered by paying online, either one-time or automatic monthly payments makes this service well worth while for residents.
